同色錯覺

說明: 方格A和B的同色嗎？是的。 只要把滑鼠移到上圖或在這點一下，就可獲得證實。 這張主題圖示所呈現的這種錯覺，稱為同色錯覺；它說明在科學上，光靠人眼進行感知，可能會產生混淆或不精確。 甚至像這種直覺式的感官顏色偵別，也會出錯。 天空中有很多類似的錯覺現象，例諸如在地平面附近的月亮顯得較大，或天體的視覺外觀等等。 像CCD這類自動化、易進行重複觀測的偵測元件之出現，讓天文學及一般科學的測量，緃然無法完全免除，但可以大幅降低人類主觀認知所產生的錯覺。
