說明: 有時，天空似乎在發光。平常大多是看到反射太陽光或月光的雲彩。有時候會看見微弱的光帶穿過整個天空，其中還可看見數億顆星星，那是我們的銀河系。就如同上圖中，斜向右上角的亮帶。當亮光來自於地平線，且時間點位在日落之後與日出之前，則可能是所謂的黃道光(zodiacal light)。黃道光是我們太陽系的塵埃微粒反射了太陽光而產生，就在影像之中斜上左上角的亮光。這些塵埃微粒還會受到彗星吸引。這張精彩影像拍攝於利比亞的Ras Lanuf，時間是本月初的日落時分。
