土衛海倫娜

說明: 土星海倫娜在任何光線下，顏色都十分神秘。這張衛星影像是去年六月卡西尼號太空船飛越該衛星，距離僅僅一倍地球直徑，拍下了這張細膩影像。與傳統的隕石坑和丘陵比較，這原始且未加修飾的地貌擁有異常的光滑地貌與條紋。行星天文學家仔細的檢視海倫娜的影像，蒐集這個30公里寬的浮動冰山起源資訊。海倫娜的軌道十分異常，因為就在大型土星衛星土衛四(Dione)的上方，如此重力拉扯下而使其位在拉格朗日點這穩定的位置之上，同樣也是在拉格朗日點的衛星還有三顆。
